Class Information

We teach classes every morning and evening, seven days a week.

All classes must be booked online to ensure adequate equipment and a solid learning experience.

Walk-ins are not accepted.


What to Bring

Please wear comfortable clothing, consisting of a tank top, and close-fitting shorts that come up at least mid-thigh (Compression shorts are a good place to start). Bring comfortable outer-layers to warm up in.

Everyone: Please stay aware of personal hygiene as we all share a small space. Please make sure to wash off any lotion and remove any rings and loose jewelry. This is for everyone's safety. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a yoga mat if you would like!

(90 minutes) This class is open to all levels, but new students MUST start here. You will learn strength and flexibility conditioning, pole climbing, basic spins, and tricks according to your level.

Drop-ins are $20, and a monthly membership for unlimited classes can be purchased for $150.


Pole ll

(90 minutes) This class is open to any student that is able to climb to the top, invert with a clean chopper, and perform two chair-spin rotations on each side. New students MUST attend at least ONE Pole l class to assess ability.

Drop-ins are $20, and a monthly membership for unlimited classes can be purchased for $150.


Pole Flow

(90 minutes) Pole Flow is open to students who have attended at least THREE classes with us. This gives you a base to work from. In Pole Flow you will be stretching your creativity and coming up with small combinations of tricks. We will work on lines, extensions, and becoming comfortable in movement exploration.

(60 minutes) This is open practice time for students who have taken at LEAST three previous classes with us, or have been cleared by an instructor. Come work on those tricks you can't stop thinking about, or run through your competition/showcase routines. These are supervised, but self-driven. Dangerous behavior will not be tolerated.

Spins and Transitions

(75 minutes) You’ve got tricks covered in Pole I and Pole II; Fill in the gaps with this 75 min introductory level class where you will learn fundamental pole dance spins and transitions. We will explore how to execute beginner pole spins on both static and spin pole, as well as learn transitions that link one trick, spin, climb or move to another. Eventually creating combinations of both for a seamless finish!

(75 minutes) During this 75 minute session, you will learn how to build a pole dance routine to a different song each class. We will use the pole spins/tricks and dance moves you have learned in the studio and combine them all for a routine that will leave you feeling sexy and powerful!

-Pole heels and knee pads highly recommended

-You will need to have attended at least one Pole I and one Spins and Transitions class to participate

-Must be 18+

Active Flexibility

This conditioning class focuses on using strength and body awareness to improve overall flexibility and ensure that your flexibility comes from your muscles and not a lack thereof. It is the perfect complement to your current training routine, will help dancers and aerialists refine their lines and technique, or is just a great way to learn and love your body.

Private Lessons/Sessions

Private lessons and sessions are booked on an appointment basis, and are not included in the monthly membership.
